Ellen Bailey is the Vice President, Diversity and Culture at Harvard Business Publishing, where for nine years, she has executed the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for the organization. In addition, she has 20 years of experience in consulting, instructional design, and training facilitation, most recently with AchieveGlobal. She regularly publishes expert briefs and blog posts on topics such as D&I, the multigenerational workforce and the future workforce, and is a frequent host, contributor, and speaker on podcasts and webinars.

Nikiis brings over 15 years of corporate experience and has worked in the DEI space for 5 years. Prior to joining National Vision, Nikiis led program management on diversity and inclusivity initiatives with Google, Coca-Cola and Lexus/Toyota. Nikiis holds a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Argosy University.

Kayla Nalven currently serves as Director of Content Experience for TED@Work. Kayla oversees content strategy and content creation for TED@Work. Prior to joining TED, she worked on the Content team at Sesame Street (Sesame Workshop) developing topic-specific, multimedia initiatives targeted to parents and preschool providers. Kayla holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Master’s candidate in the Cognitive Science in Education program at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Tara Cooper has over 2 decades of experience addressing issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. She has worked collaboratively with organizations to build skills, strategies, and capacity to advance and sustain equity and inclusion at every level of the organization. In addition to her professional experience in advancing equity, she also holds a master’s degree in intercultural communications and is currently completing her doctorate in adult learning and leadership.
